Classic summer dish with ingredients typical of this season. Easy to prepare, maybe a bit long for cooking Eggplant but tasty and suitable for the whole family.
We present some methods of preparation, variations on the theme depends on tastes and dietary philosophies. Follow the recipe with the collaboration of the whole family, will appreciate even more the result.
- 4 round aubergines
- 700 g of fresh tomatoes or passata to make the sauce
- Caciocavallo or provolone dolce, sliced

- extra virgin olive oil
- peanut oil
- Parmesan and/or pecorino
Start with the preparation of the Eggplant

Put in preheated oven and bake for 30 ‘ to 160/180 degrees, depending on the type of oven.
Grandma’s eggplant parmesan
After the layer of Eggplant, tomato sauce, parmesan and mozzarella cheese slices, add a layer of cooked ham and boiled eggs cut into slices.
